The device (1) has an anchorage unit connected to a base for evolving between retracted and deployed configurations. The unit is inserted in an insertion position through an opening (3) in the retracted configuration, and is extracted from the position through the opening in the deployed configuration. The unit has a blocking surface arranged for exerting supporting pressure against an internal surface (20D), when the unit passes from the retracted configuration to the deployed configuration, such that an attaching wall (2D) of a rail (2) is pressed between the blocking surface and base. An independent claim is also included for a coupling system comprising a coupling device.
