The system has an inputting and parametering unit for inputting and parametering geographical elements and flight constraints associated to the elements for defining a framework of a route. A guiding unit produces set points and orders concerning the management of engine thrust and aerodynamic configuration of an aircraft to follow a three dimensional path and respect the constraints. The parametering unit inputs and parameterizes speed constraint to be followed in a landing runway approaching phase until a constraint end point marked on the path or route is crossed by the aircraft.
