Cosmetic, dermatological or pharmaceutical composition for care of skin damaged by aesthetic treatment, cosmetic or therapeutic such as surgical interventions, laser treatment, dermabrasions and peelings, comprises at least peptide (I), associated with an oil having an alpha -linolenic acid content of greater than 15% and a ratio of omega-6 acid to omega-3 acid is = 5, in a medium.
