The arrangement has flattening units (72) flattening oyster bags (12) and transverse centering units permitting transverse centering of the bags, where the flattening and centering units are interposed between a conveyor and an inlet (40) of a tunnel (42). The tunnel has a guiding table traversed by the conveyor, a roller (90) lifting off oysters from walls of the bags, and a brushing unit (92) brushing the bags. Turning units (96) constituted of an ejector is arranged under an outlet (98) of the tunnel and turns the bags before resting of the bags on a longitudinal table.
