The arrangement (10) has a brushing unit for brushing a set of oyster pockets (12) on a longitudinal table (14), and a lifting unit for farming the pockets. Two conveyors constituted of rolling belts have linear velocities to be synchronized with a linear velocity of a carrier vehicle (20), and a pressing-off unit is used for pressing-off the pockets. An overturning unit turns the processes pockets, and is arranged at an exit of one of the conveyors, where the overturning unit permits overturning of the pockets to a rest state on the table.
