The apparatus has a cylindrical piston (5) arranged in a cylinder shell (9) and pierced through and through with balancing circuits (6), where each circuit has a sphere (8) arranged in a sphere shaped receptacle cavity (7). The sphere is lifted under an effect of discharge pressure of a centrifugal pump and allows passage of liquid via a calibrated orifice (11) in the shell for balancing pressure in each side of the piston.
