The chair has a seat part (2) installed in an upper end of a frame (1) of chair legs. The part has longitudinal retaining gaps on each one of part's external lateral sides. Vertical retaining units are received in the gaps and retain support and fixation elements of the frame. Horizontal support units support the support and fixation elements to support the part. The part has a retaining hole located between two gaps. Rear hook parts hook elastic fixation pieces. The hook parts are received in the hole and hooked over the seat part to secure seat part and frame with respect to each other.
