The device (DAC) has a movable lever (LEV) integrated to a fixed body (COR). A support unit is formed by a base of the body and a handle (POI) of the lever for supporting a cable (CAB). A traction unit is formed by a roller of the lever and the base for traction of the cable. The roller is moved in rotation around a horizontal axis and is in contact with a top of the cable though its periphery.
