The vehicle has a retractable roof including a rigid front roof element and a rear roof element with lateral parts movable with respect to a central part. A resistant fixed structure e.g. rear window frame, is placed between a boot and rear seats, and has an upper edge that is placed above a line of a body shell. A water collector is arranged in a junction area between the roof and the structure for collecting water from the roof when the roof covers a passenger compartment. A ring seal (16) is arranged between a mobile upper part (11A) and a fixed lower part (11B) of the collector.
