The structure has assembly units for assembling mounting posts (3) and wall rails (2), and a longitudinal slide bar (20) emerging at insertion ends (21) of the rails. A portion forms a runner (30) that is provided for each mounting post and is housed in the slide bar of the rails for sliding in and along the slide bar. A longitudinal end stop is mounted against the insertion ends to block the insertion end in a manner to prevent longitudinal dislodgment by the insertion ends of the mounting posts assembled to the rails. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a barrier forming structure.
