Swimming goggles 1 include a soft lens frame 2 with an inner section 20 and an outer section 21, a hard holding frame 3 with an upper body 30 and a lower body 31, biasing blocks 4 for pressing the upper body and the lower body, and a strap element 5 with a head strap. The inner section 20 defines receiving slots 201 for receiving eyeglasses 60, 61 therein. A mask-like protective pad 7 is integrated with the inner section. The outer section forms at least a stuffing portion 23. The holding frame clamps the outer section 21 of the lens frame 2. At least a hollow-cutting portion 301, 311 is formed on the holding frame and corresponds to the stuffing portion respectively. The lens frame 2 may be unitarily formed of silicone. The holding frame 3 may be made of polypropylene. First latching portions including anchors 35 and second latching portions in pressing portions 40, 41 may correspond. A gap 33 is present between the upper body 30 and lower body 31.
