Use of cannabidiol/tetrahydrocannabinol compounds in the treatment of neuropathic pain

Use of cannabidiol (CBD) type compounds or derivatives thereof and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) type compounds or derivatives thereof in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of neuropathic pain. Preferably the ratio of the CBD type compounds to the THC type compounds is between 18:1 and 30:1. Both the said CBD compounds and THC compounds are preferably sourced from plants in the form of extracts.
