PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor cartridge and a biosensor measuring device, which are capable of improving the productivity by automating the assembly. PSOLUTION: The biosensor cartridge 10 includes a cylindrical case 20, a puncture implement having a puncture needle 31 to puncture a subject, a biosensor chip 40 for collecting a sample obtained from the subject by the puncture with the puncture needle 31, an elastic member 50 attached to the case 20 in such a way to enclose the puncture needle 31, and a clamp 60 locked to the case 20 to hold the elastic member 50 at the case 20, wherein the puncture implement 30, the biosensor chip 40, the elastic member 50, and the clamp 60 are assembled to the case 20 in one axial direction of the case 20.
