PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste battery treating vibration apparatus simple in equipment, capable of enhancing work efficiency and separating a case and a metal from a waste battery, a waste battery treating system and a waste battery treating method. PSOLUTION: The waste battery treating vibration apparatus for separating the case and the metal from the waste battery is composed of a base stand, a vibration stand and a vibration mechanism, and the vibration mechanism for converting rotation to up and down reciprocating vibration by an eccentric rod and the vibration stand are connected through a vibration transmitting rod. Further, by supporting the base stand and the vibration stands using one sides of them as shafts, a structure for performing the up and down reciprocating vibration of the vibration stand centering around the shafts is employed.
