PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of rolling forming a ring-shaped product including a part having complicated shape of an axial cross section and a simple part, by which the occurrence of a burr flaw due to a slip on the surface of the ring-shaped product is eliminated by eliminating the circumferential speed difference between each area during rotation, caused by the shape thereof.;SOLUTION: A ring-shaped material 8 is held between a mandrel 5 and a forming roll 2, and an outer circumferential surface of the ring-shaped material 8 is held by the forming roll 2 and backup rolls 6 disposed in positions symmetric with the forming roll 2 with respect to the ring-shaped material 8. Each of the backup rolls 6 having a complicated shape part and simple shape part is divided into the complicated shape part and the simple shape part and by matching the circumferential speed of the outer circumferential surface of the complicated shape part of the backup roll 6 with the circumferential speed of the outer circumferential surface of the complicated shape part of the ring-shaped material 8, the roll is rolled. Further, by matching the circumferential speed of the outer circumferential surface of the simple shape part of the backup roll 6 with the circumferential speed of the outer circumferential surface of the simple shape part of the ring-shaped material 8, the roll is rolled and the ring rolling is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
