PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an involvement accident prevention system capable of surely preventing an involvement accident by a rear wheel. PSOLUTION: This involvement accident prevention system prevents an object existing on a road from being involved by the rear wheel of a vehicle. The system is provided with a camera for front wheels for monitoring the front of the front wheels of the vehicle, a camera for rear wheels for monitoring the front of the rear wheels of the vehicle, an existence determination part for determining whether or not the object exists between the front wheels and the rear wheels based on the result of the comparison of images acquired by the camera for front wheels and images acquired by the camera for rear wheels, and an involvement prevention device for preventing the rear wheels from involving the object when determining that the object exists between the front wheels and the rear wheels.
