PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that Japan, though being poor in energy sources, inherently has Kuroshio (the Black current) as a vast natural source, but ocean current power generation in a deep sea is hard to develop by existing technologies or conventional idea. PSOLUTION: A fleet is moored in a horizontal direction while absorbing gravitational force of a main cable extending over several thousand meters which is connected to a weight sunken on a deep sea bottom, and resistance of an ocean flow extending over depth of several hundred meters by buoyancy of a floating frame disposed at regular intervals, lifting a cable vertically, and absorbing the resistance of an ocean flow generated by the operation of the fleet and a group of spiral blade water turbines connected longitudinally and latitudinally due to buoyancy of a submerged floating catamaran disposed on the sea surface. The moored type ocean current power generation system and moored type floating generation system are composed of four inventions of (1) ocean flow area moor base system, (2) longitudinal and latitudinal connected submerged float catamaran, (3) horizontal multiplespiral blade turbine and wind mill, (4) hollow compressed gas filling material which utilizes the tension of the material acting in three-dimensional direction.
