BRAND CONTROLLING METHOD OF TOBACCO ARTICLE FOR TOBACCO ARTICLE PROCESSING MACHINE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brand controlling method of a tobacco article for a tobacco article processing machine, which can easily be performed at a low cost. PSOLUTION: This controlling method includes seven processes. The first process is a brand demarcation process. In the second process, a plurality of constitutions which are related with brands and have a series of values of control parameters for controlling electrically controlled operation sections in order to manufacture the tobacco articles are prepared. The third process is a desired brand selecting process. In the fourth process, a constitution corresponding to the desired brand is read into a control unit, and the manufacture of the tobacco article of the desired brand is started. In the fifth process, a plurality of sections each of which includes a series of control parameters, and is independent from other sections are demarcated. The sixth process is a process for demarcating a plurality of prescriptions by allotting values of at least one set of control parameters, which correspond to the sections, to each section. Also, by the sixth process, each prescription corresponds to each section, and the value of the control parameter is included in a specified section. The seventh process is a process for demarcating each constitution by combining a plurality of interchangeable prescriptions, and by which each prescription can form a part of a plurality of different constitutions.
