PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible fire resistant two-layer tube and a flexible fire resistant two-layer pipe fitting.;SOLUTION: A plurality of short pipes 10 made of fiber mixed mortar is inserted to the periphery of a pipe 28 for piping and a pipe 6 for pipe fitting having flexibility, and the periphery is coated with a fire resistant fiber material 11, a fire resistant cloth coated/soaked with an adhesive and mesh of a fire resistant fiber. One end surface of a short pipe is formed into a mortar type recessed surface 13 inclined inward, and the other end surface is formed into a protruding surface 14. A plurality of short pipes are arranged with an interval, and those short pipes are coupled to each other by movable coupling members 18 and 20 so as to structure a unit 19. A plurality of units are coupled to each other so as to be moved in a direction different from the movable direction of each unit itself to form a coated frame 17.
