PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrothermal decomposition reaction system of biomass capable of separating a component primarily consisting of cellulose from a biomass raw material, a manufacturing system of an organic raw material capable of efficiently manufacturing not only a sugar liquid but also various organic raw materials using the sugar liquid using it, and an organic raw material manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The hydrothermal decomposition reaction system of biomass is equipped with a biomass supply part 31 for supplying the biomass raw material 11, a pressurized hot water supply part for supplying pressurized hot water 15, a biomass extracting device 51 for discharging a biomass solid component 17, a changeover means for changing over the flow channels communicating with them and a hydrothermal decomposition device 41 for bringing the biomass raw material 11 and the pressurized hot water 15 into contact with each other in a countercurrent state to hydrothermally decompose the biomass raw material 11 and constituted so that the hydrothermal decomposition device 41 is filled with the biomass raw material 11 from the biomass supply part 31 and subsequently changed over to the flow channel for supplying the pressurized hot water 15 to perform hydrothermal decomposition and, after the completion of reaction, the biomass solid component 17 is discharged from the biomass extracting device 51.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
