Germany';s “Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2025” are of great significance to the new industrialization construction and points out the direction for the development of traditional industries. The new industrialization road emerges at the historic moment and the construction of intelligent and information-based cement factories has become the general trend. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign cement production simulation technology and cloud platform technology, this paper designs a cloud platform for the simulation system of cement raw material pre-decomposition process based on ASP.NET platform in B/S mode. The system includes functions such as remote database access, online correction of decomposing furnace model parameters and so on, which can monitor the relevant variables of the pre-decomposition process of cement raw materials online and provide an optimal online simulation platform for the online training of cement production operators and the online verification of optimization and control programs.
