PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film coating sheet test piece cut out method and its device for cutting out a test piece on continuously coating a coating material on a thin film without breaking the thin film. PSOLUTION: The thin film coating sheet test piece cut out method for cutting out the test piece 55 includes the thin film coating sheet manufacturing device 10 for manufacturing a thin film coating sheet 50A by forming the thin film on a material sheet 50 provided with a punch mechanism 20 for cutting the test piece 55 out from the thin film coating sheet 50A. The test piece 55 is cut out by sticking a protection tape 40 on a part of the thin film coating sheet 50A wherein the thin film 51 is formed and punching inside of the protection tape 40 by the punch mechanism 20.
