ACIDIC COMPOSITION FOR EXTERNAL USE AND COSMETIC PREPARATION CONTAINING THE SAME, HAIR-GROWING AGENT AND AGENT FOR ACCELERATING PENETRATION INTO SKIN OR THE LIKE FOR EXTERNAL USE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for external use, easily produced and having stronger aesthetic, hair-growing or therapeutic effects than those of conventional compositions. PSOLUTION: The acidic composition for external use comprises water, an acidic polysaccharide and an acid and has penetration accelerating action to epidermal cell-originated tissues including skin, mucous membrane, hair and nail. In the composition, the combination of the acidic polysaccharide and the acid is either: A at least one kind of acidic polysaccharides selected from alginic acid or salts of the same and at least one kind of acids selected from a group consisting of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate; or B an acidic polysaccharide comprising carrageenan and at least one kind of acids selected from a roup consisting of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.
