PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To harmonize performance of an accompaniment keyboard and a melody keyboard, by changing temperament of not only the accompaniment keyboard, but also the melody keyboard, based on a chord indicated by the accompaniment keyboard.;SOLUTION: Based on the chord detected in a step 12 (chord changing processing) of a flowchart (not shown) of key processing and chord change processing, the temperament t2 of the accompaniment keyboard 22 is set/changed (step 46). If the accompaniment temperament t2 is not a just intonation etc. (step 47), a melody temperament is set/changed to an equal temperament (step 58). If the accompaniment temperament t2 is the just intonation etc. (step 47), the melody temperament t1 is set/changed to a middle temperament etc. (step 48 to 55).
