PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic display of high reliability, to provide an assembly of electrophoretic display panels, and to provide a method of manufacturing the electrophoretic display. PSOLUTION: The electrophoretic display is bonded with an electrophoretic sheet provided with an electrophoretic material layer and an adhesive layer in the first substrate, onto a display area of the first face out of the second substrate provided with an element, the electrophoretic display includes a connection substrate provided on the second face, of the second substrate, in an opposite side opposite to the first face, and having a connection electrode electrically connected to the second substrate via a wire, and the connection substrate is provided to cover an area excepting at least one part out of an area overlapped with the element and the display area in top view.
