PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a finishing machining process of a resin molded article and a finishing machining apparatus for the resin molded article, which allow cutting a positioning step in a finishing machining, reducing cost, and enabling a space-saving processing, by automating picking through finishing machining of the resin molded article.;SOLUTION: In the finishing apparatus 1, a finishing machining unit 12 is arranged between a picking robot 11 and a conveying apparatus 13, wherein the finishing machining unit 12 is composed of a general purpose receiver robot 21 with a positioning device 21a and a gate cut robot 31; provided that the general purpose receiver robot 21 receives a resin molded article W transferred in a positioning set state from the finishing machining unit 12 and transfers the resin molded article W to the conveying apparatus 13, and that the gate cut robot 31 performs gate cut processing of the resin molded article W while the resin molded article W is supported either by the picking robot 11 or by the general purpose receiver robot 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
