RESTRICTION MECHANISM FOR PASTURE PICK-UP UNIT, PASTURE PICK-UP UNIT AND PASTURE PROCESSING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the pasture pick-up amount of a pick-up device without hindering the rotation of a tine.;SOLUTION: The lower end of a rod member 46 constituting a plurality of restriction members 14 arranged at regular spacings is placed closest to a pick-up device 10 and under a rotary shaft Oa and, accordingly, the pick-up amount of pasture can be restricted by contacting a part (upper layer) of the pasture with the rod member 46 of the restriction member 14 even if a large amuont of pasture is present. Since the inclination of the part near the lower end of the rod member in the moving direction (direction of the arrow A) is nearly horizontal, the pasture can be separated from the rod member when a prescribed tension is generated even if the pasture is stretched between the rod member and the tine. The upper end of the rod member is positioned above the height of the pasture 50 to suppress the crossing of the pasture over the rod member and the take-in of the pasture into the pick-up device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
