MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DENTURE MOLD/GUM MODEL, DENTURE MOLD/GUM MODEL AND TRAY FOR SECONDARY IMPRESSION EXTRACTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denture mold/gum model for which a beautiful appearance is improved and not only a denture mold but also the shape of the gum is reproduced.;SOLUTION: The primary impression of the denture mold and the shape of the gum of a client is extracted and the part of the teeth and the gum is integrally formed on the basis of the primary impression. More concretely, a plaster model is produced from the primary impression, the secondary impression is extracted using the tray (50) for the secondary impression for extracting even the gum part from the plaster model, and integral formation is executed with a resin on the basis of the secondary impression. Since the resin is a dental transparent resin and a coloring material and lame can be mixed in, freshness is suppressed and the model can be always decorated even while it is precise like a denture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
