PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring method in pad printing where ink in a pad can be easily transferred not only to the surface of the object to be printed but also to a specific side, to provide a transferring device in a pad printer, and to provide a pad member suitable to the utilization thereof.;SOLUTION: When pad printing is performed to the object to be printed having a side 3 at the outer circumference of the surface 2, a pad 5 stuck with ink is pressed against the surface 2 of the object to be printed, thereafter, a sagging part 5a facing the side 3 of the object to be printed in the deformed pad 5 is pressed against the side 3 of the object to be printed by a pressing part 7, and thus the ink of the pad 5 is transferred not only to the surface 2 of the object to be printed but also to the side 3. As a result, the sagging part 5a in the pad 5 deformed when the pad 5 is pressed against the surface 2 of the object to be printed is pressed against the side 3 of the object to be printed by the pressing part 7, and the ink of the pad 5 can be transferred to the surface 2 of the object to be printed but also can be easily transferred to the side 3 of the object to be printed. Further, the pad 5 is made easy to be deformed by a through-hole 12 in the pad 5, and the sagging part 5a can be easily formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
