PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver's blink detection method by which blinks can be securely determined. PSOLUTION: While a face of a driver is lighted with a near-infrared light 4 in a cabin, the face is successively imaged by a near-infrared camera 3. The newest image is acquired as the current image 202 and an image imaged immediately before the current image 202 is acquired as an immediately former image 201. A difference image 203 between the current image 202 and the immediately former image 201 is formed.
