PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze failure factor of a component forming an elevator.;SOLUTION: Shipment information DB 11 stores shipment information containing component identification information for identifying an elevator component and client identification information for identifying shipping destination of the component. Maintenance information DB 12 stores maintenance information containing failure occurrence information representing failure occurrence of the component identified by the component identification information in association with the component identification information contained in the shipment information. Use environment information DB 14 stores use environment information representing the usage state of the component identified by the component identification information in association with the component identification information contained in the shipment information. An analysis section 153 extracts the maintenance information and use environment information associated with the component identification information identifying a target component designated by a user. The analysis section 153 analyzes the failure factor of the target component based on the maintenance information and use environment information.
