PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enabling a customer who has received a service from a person in charge providing the service to store the information about the person in charge on the spot, and receiving a service from the same person in charge again even if the customer does not remember the name of the person in charge.;SOLUTION: A person-in-charge list management system 1 includes: a person-in-charge card 70; a cellular phone 50a; and a person-in-charge management device 10, wherein the device 10 generates a person-in-charge ID, and associates the ID with person-in-charge relevant information to store the ID in a person-in-charge DB 20. The system 1 receives a user ID together with the person-in-charge ID from the phone 50a which has obtained the person-in-charge ID from the card 70, and associates the person-in-charge ID with the user ID to store the user ID in a contact history DB 30.
