PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid device for rocking type exercise apparatuses, which can prevent the excessive stretching of a human body while applying a kinematic load to its half body in addition to a waist part and leg parts.;SOLUTION: A support part 81, which supports user's hands or arms sitting on a seat part 13 of the rocking type exercise apparatus 10 by being lifted up to the heights of the shoulders, is provided behind the rocking type exercise apparatus 10 and springs 85 and 86b are so interposed at part of the support part 81 as to keep changes in the distance between an arm 86 of the support part 81 and the user's trunk within a prescribed range, thereby making the support part 81 elastically deformable.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
