The acquisition part 501 acquires game information generated accompanying the progress of the game of the player in the game machine M, the calculation part 502 calculates the reference number of points on the basis of the game information, and the input part 503 receives the selection of abandonment or acquisition to the reference number of points. When the input part 503 receives the selection of the abandonment to the reference number of points, a management DB 121 stores the reference number of points as the abandonment number of points.
