PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a rotary blade is limited small relatively to a device whole body while the device is made huge to secure power generation quantity and wind power can not be efficiently converted to electric power since the existing wind power generation device has a structure enduring without destruction even when wind power is strong like a typhoon or the like, due to instability of natural wind power, and that surrounding landscape is damaged in many cases due to appearance of a huge artificial object in natural world.;SOLUTION: A wind collection device with an on-off type wind collection plate is installed on a wind power generation device. The wind collection plate collects wind when wind is gentle, and the wind collection plate opens and releases wind to avoid destruction of the device by wind power when wind power is strong. Consequently, electric power can be stably generated from a situation of low wind power to a situation of high wind power.
