PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil spring which can be prevented from being mounted aslope on an extended inner circumferential surface of an inflow joint with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: There is provided a coil spring 182 pressing a filter 181, housed detachably in a juncture of an inflow port 175 formed in a pressure regulating valve body 166 and inflow connector 161 joined to the inflow port 175, by using, as receiving portion, an extended opening 161a of the inflow connector 161 formed extendedly toward its downstream side.
