PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor design optimization information management device and its method and a program for selecting and presenting option setting for performing a proper design flow or proper simulation, and for achieving the proper use of a design environment regardless of the capability or the level of skill of a designer.;SOLUTION: This semiconductor design optimization information management device is provided with an information storage part 12 for registering a plurality of design flow information and a plurality of EDA tool information; an input accepting part 11 for accepting information related with design input from the outside; a decision control part 14 for receiving acceptance information in the input accepting part 11, and for selectively determining the design flow information and the EDA tool information corresponding to each item of the input information; and for making the information storage part 12 output the determination information; an output part 15 for outputting and presenting the determination information determined by the decision control part 14; and a registration part 13 for registering the use result information in the information storage part 12, the use result information on which the design flow evaluation determination result after the design has been performed according to the output result of the output part 15 is reflected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
