PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information about chemical substances contained in a chemical product between business offices to prevent use of a chemical product containing a chemical substance not to be mixed.;SOLUTION: This chemical substance management server has: a chemical product registration database 25 storing chemical product information for specifying the chemical product; a chemical product registration part 60 registering the chemical product information for specifying the chemical product in the chemical product registration database 25; a chemical product use decision part 61 deciding whether to permit use of the chemical product based on the chemical product information stored in the chemical product registration database 25; a use application database 29 storing application information of the chemical product to be used; and a chemical product use application part 62 applying for the use of the chemical product based on the chemical product information stored in the chemical product registration database 25, and registering the application information in the use application database 29.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
