PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that there are points at issue in quick wear of blades and maintenance of cutting performances because cutting blades enter soil, and trouble easily occurs in opening and closing operation by sticking of the soil when a perforator uses the cutting blades.;SOLUTION: The perforator 1 is equipped with a plurality of claws for breaking the top surface of a mulch film while horizontally moving from the center of a predetermined position for planting in the peripheral direction, and bores holes for planting in the mulch film. A bulb-planting machine is provided with the perforator 1, a traveling apparatus 2, planting holders 4, a frame vertical moving means 7 for moving the frame on which the planting holders 4 are mounted in the vertical directions, a frame front and rear moving means 8 for moving the frame on which the planting holders are mounted in the front and the rear directions to advance, and bulb-planting means 9 for extruding the bulbs charged into the planting holders from the planting holders, pushing the bulbs into the soil, and planting the bulbs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
