PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dispersion of nanometer-sized organic particles which have a sharp peak of particle size distribution and are capable of realizing high contrast when processed into a color filter, and to provide a manufacturing method of an organic particle dispersion which provides greatly improved production efficiency and can be suitably applied to mass production.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the organic particle dispersion includes steps of: mixing an organic material solution, prepared by dissolving an organic material in a first solvent which is a good solvent therefor, with a second solvent which is compatible with the first solvent and is a poor solvent for the organic material so as to precipitate the organic material in the mixture as nanoparticles; subsequently replacing the solvent component of the mixture with a third solvent that is different from the first and second solvents; and adding a fourth solvent that is different from the first, second and third solvents while distilling the third solvent away.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
