PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health and welfare system that lightens a company loads on a staff agency and a company employing short-term workers.;SOLUTION: A system for health and welfare management of the staff agency comprises: an personal identification means of identifying contract employees, a terminal means 1 of a staff agency, a database 3 to which personal identification information data are input from the terminal means 1 through a communication means 2; and working data 4 by individuals generated by inputting at any time from the terminal means 1 of the staff agency to the personal identification information data input to the database 3.
