PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion suppression method of a radioactive nuclide on a nuclear power plant constituting member, can suppress adhesion of the radioactive nuclide. PSOLUTION: After bringing coating formation liquid containing iron(II) ions into contact with a surface (for example, a surface of a recirculation system pipe) where the nuclear power plant constituting member is brought into contact with a cooling material, processing liquid to which an oxidizing agent for oxidizing a part of the iron(II) ions into iron(III) ions and a pH adjusting agent for adjusting pH of solution to 5.5-9.0 are added substantially simultaneously is supplied from a circulation pipe to the recirculation system pipe, to thereby form a ferrite coating on the surface of the recirculation system pipe.
