The family tree information recording paper 74 is stuck on a mounting paper 72. The family tree information recording paper 74 is provided with a name description space 80, relative name description spaces 84 and temple name description spaces 88. The relative name description spaces 84 are spaces for writing a name of at least one of a parent and a child of which names are written in the name description space 80. The temple name description spaces 88 are spaces for writing a temple name.
