PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn a filter pattern to suppress bad influence on a control system to the minimum when transmitting data from an information system to a control system. PSOLUTION: When a control system performs unexpected operation within a fixed time since a control request transmitted from an information system is transmitted to the control system, this onboard gateway device temporarily stores the control request and a vehicle condition when transmitting the control request. After this, when the control system performs unexpected operation continuously two or more times by combination of the control request and the vehicle condition, the gateway device learns the temporarily stored combination as a new transmission filter pattern, and transmits data to the control system based on the newly learned transmission filter pattern.
