PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate fading simulation waves without degrading phase flatness, nor purity of a signal including spurious.;SOLUTION: Digital Gauss noise is once converted to analog Gauss noise by D/A converters 60 and 70; thereafter subjected to A/D conversion again by A/D converters 64 and 74; thereby a multiplication process can be executed in synchronization with a first sampling frequency fs1 on an RF signal input side by digital multipliers 38 and 42; and a problem of folding noise by the frequency relationship between an RF signal input output from an RF signal input generation part 36 and Gauss noise output from fading generation parts 32 and 34.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
