PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station establishment support method and a base station establishment support system that support investigation which is to be performed, when installing the base station of a portable terminal.;SOLUTION: This base station establishment investigation support system for supporting the base station establishment of a base station for a portable terminal is provided with a terminal equipment 21, to which a base station establishment point is input; and a management server 12 for, when receiving the base station establishment point from the terminal equipment 21, selecting an available steel tower close to the base station establishment point, and for transmitting visual data showing the peripheral status of the steel tower to the terminal equipment 21.
