PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition and subtraction learning implement in which a plurality of balls used for learning and a reserve ball can be handled without losing them and which can cope with a change in the number of pieces of learning and can be compactly stored.;SOLUTION: Frame end parts 15 and 16 are fixed to a movable stopper 37, the ball used for learning is arranged in the upper part of a body 3 and the reserve ball is arranged in the inner box part 35 of the body, in such a state that it is impossible to add and eliminate both of the ball used for learning and the reserve ball to and from the frame 21 of an arch frame assembly 2.
