PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which raises quality and efficiency of human resource introduction and stabilizes it.;SOLUTION: On the basis of numeralized qualifications which a job offerer is seeking and priority items thereof, and numeralized qualifications which a job seeker has, when the job seeker demonstrates eligibility for any of the minimum measure evaluation, priority evaluation and overall evaluation, the system displays the purport to perform introduction, and when the job seeker is disqualified in any of the evaluations, the system displays the purport not to perform introduction.
