LIVESTOCK FEED FOR STIMULATING GROWTH OF LIVESTOCK

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful application for livestock bones, i.e. to provide a composition and a method for reusing treated livestock bones in stimulating the growth of livestock. PSOLUTION: Livestock feed for stimulating the growth of livestock comprises crushed livestock bones having been treated with hot water or with steam as its effective component. The method of stimulating the growth of livestock includes feeding the effective component to livestock. The extraction residue of livestock bones whose effective application method has been sought after, can be used as a raw material of the livestock feed. Livestock ingesting the livestock feed thereby healthy of the livestock is enhanced and stimulated growth effects such as weight gain and accelerated sexual maturity is shown.
