GRAIN CULM-RAISING DEVICE IN COMBINE HARVESTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of reaping operation by enabling grain culms planted at a levee side to be easily reaped.;SOLUTION: The grain culm-raising device is constituted as follows. An assistant raising device 9 for raising the grain culms at the levee side is installed in the front of the lower part of a raising device 8 at the already reaped side in the raising devices 7 and 8 installed in the reaping device 3. A transmission device 10 for driving an assistant raising lug 9b of the assistant raising device 9 is installed in the rear side of the raising device 8 at the already reaped side. The assistant raising device 9 is drived by the power from the transmission device 10 through a following roller shaft 8a for driving the raising lug 8b pivoted by the lower part of the raising device 8 at the already reaped side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
